We built My Minute Mix to solve a specific problem: unread bookmarks. To do this, we need to know who you are (your account) and what you want to read or watch (your saved content). We process this information to give you time-boxed mixes.

We collect the following information when you use our service:

Account information

• Authentication information (such as OAuth tokens from Google or X)
• Your profile preferences

Saved content

• URLs you explicitly save to the platform
• Titles, descriptions, and metadata of those URLs
• Source and content type identification (e.g., article, video)
• How you choose to organize your saved items
• Your reading, viewing, or listening progress

Usage information

• The mixes you generate and their time preferences
• Which items you open, complete, skip, or dismiss
• Basic product interactions

Technical information

• Browser and device information
• IP address where applicable

To transform your sprawling bookmarks into focused mixes, we utilize automated processing systems. These systems may be used to:

• Classify the type of content you saved.
• Identify key topics and themes within your content.
• Estimate accurate consumption times.
• Summarize long-form content.
• Assess what content is most relevant to your current time constraint.
• Create personalized mixes.
• Provide brief explanations for why a piece of content was recommended.

This automated processing is used strictly to improve the service provided to you and personalize your experience.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate My Minute Mix:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
• Vercel: For global edge hosting and application delivery.
• Google & X (Twitter): Solely for providing optional Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
• AI Providers: We use industry-standard LLM APIs to power classification and summarization features.

You have control over your data. Your choices include:

• Access & Correction: You can access and correct your personal information through your account settings.
• Content Deletion: You can delete any saved content from your library at any time.
• Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and associated data.
• Communications: You can manage your communication preferences for non-essential emails.

We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by legal or business requirements.

When you delete saved content, we remove it from our active database. When you delete your account, we initiate a process to wipe your identifying data and library. Please note that it may take a short period of time for data to be cleared from our secure backups.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We utilize secure industry-standard infrastructure and encryption protocols. However, no internet-based service can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use simple cookies to make the service work. This primarily includes essential cookies—such as those required for securely authenticating your session so you stay logged in.

You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so will prevent you from logging into your account.

My Minute Mix is not intended for children below the applicable minimum age of digital consent in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

As My Minute Mix evolves, this policy may be updated. When we make material changes, we will provide you with appropriate notice, such as displaying a prominent notice within the product or sending an email.
